Donald Trump UK Protest: Where to find a anti-trump rally?

Over 60,000 people are expected to attend protests around the UK as President Donald Trump is set for his first official UK presidential visit this Thursday.

The President is expected to fly into London after a NATO summit in Brussels today and will travel straight to Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire for a black-tie dinner hosted by Theresa May.

Whilst the President will spend the night at the American ambassador’s residence in Regents Park, the UK will prepare their protests for Friday 13th June.

Protest Trumps Visit

Hosted by journalist Owen Jones, over 60,000 people are expected to attend various protests around the UK. However, the main gathering will take place in Central London. Come here to find the highly talked about Donald Trump baby balloon.

Where?

Gathers outside BBC Portland Place, W1B 1JA. The nearest tube station is Oxford Circus.

When?

The March assembles on Friday 13th July at 14:00 PM.

By 17:00-19:00 the rally will be hosted in Trafalgar Square.

#BringTheNoise

Hosted by the Women’s March London, #BringTheNoise aims to “make history” by bringing everyone together and stand for Justice, Equality and Peace against a President with supposed sexual misconduct allegations.

Where?

Starts outside BBC Portland Place, W1B 1JA. The nearest tube station is Oxford Circus.

When?

March Assembles on Friday 13th July at 12:00 PM. The March to Trafalgar Square then begins at 12:30.

By 14:00 – 16:00, the rally continues in Trafalgar Square.

The final times of the protest are subject to change on the day.

Drag Protest Against Trump:

This group aims to celebrate diversity by having people dress in drag clothing and make a visually striking statement against Trump. They will then later join in with other protests around the same area.

Where?

Begins near Great Windmill Street, W1D 7NB. The nearest tube station is Piccadilly Circus.

 When?

This protest meets on Friday 13th at 12:00 PM.

At 1:15 PM, they will then begin moving from Shaftsbury Avenue and head towards Parliament Square.

By 2:30 PM, they will then coincide with the #BringTheNoise march.

Latin America Against Trump

 In response to the Trump administration holding some migrant children away from their parents, this demonstration claims they want to fight against his “increasingly racist policies”.

Where?

When?

Similar to the protest held by Owen Jones, the March assembles on Friday 13th July at 14:00 PM and will rally until 17:30 PM.
