Luigi Mangione, 27, is accused of murdering Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare, in 2024. Mangione has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and faces life in prison if convicted. His extradition to New York City for the trial took place on December 10, 2024.
