The CrossFit Open 26.2 workout is set to take place on March 5, 2026, at CrossFit Black Edition in Cascais, Portugal. This event will challenge athletes with a series of demanding movements, including overhead walking lunges, dumbbell snatches, and gymnastics elements.
Workout 26.2 consists of three rounds, each featuring 80-foot overhead walking lunges, 20 alternating dumbbell snatches, and varying pull-up movements. The first round includes 20 standard pull-ups, the second round features 20 chest-to-bar pull-ups, and the final round concludes with 20 ring muscle-ups. Athletes will have a time cap of 15 minutes to complete the workout, which can be performed in Rx, Scaled, or Foundations divisions.
Workout Specifications
In the Rx division, the dumbbell weight is set at 22.5 kg (50 lb) for men and 15 kg (35 lb) for women. The Scaled division lowers the dumbbell weight to 15 kg (35 lb) for men and 10 kg (20 lb) for women. Meanwhile, the Foundations division substitutes higher skill movements with bent-over rows, ring rows, and jumping pull-ups, making the workout accessible to a wider range of participants.
