Editor’s pick: Allie’s favourite NYE parties

If you think it’s too early to start the New Year’s Eve planning, I’m here to tell you otherwise.

The best events sell out fast and I’ve got the lowdown on where, when and how you should ring in the New Year. All you need to figure out now, is the who. This is my selection of the city’s top four NYE parties, each more glitzy than the next.
Circus

1. Twisted Circus
The party to end all parties. Let your inner circus freak rage, as you enjoy the show. Sword balancers and aerialists will twist and turn above the dance floor and main stage, as the resident circus DJs provide you with ample party anthems from RnB and Hip-Hop to Old School classics. Come join the madhouse.

Prohibition party

2. Prohibition Party Special
Londoners love a themed event, especially when it’s inspired by the roaring 20s era. Organisers Bourne & Hollingsworth have planned an evening where you can loosen your morals with gambling, glamour and Gatsby on the cards, as well as live music, DJ sets played on microphones and a brief lesson in how to do the Charleston. These are dangerous times, so tell only who you must and hold on to your drink. It’ll be served in a teacup. Dress accordingly or you will be denied entry!

Sky garden

Yet another Gatsby party will be taking place on NYE however this one is slightly pricier. It offers an exquisite view of the city, with mischief bound to take place in dark corners of the exotic garden setting. The live band will provide ample opportunity for flappers, dandies and other glamourous folk to dance until the early hours. There are also dinner packages available, if you’d like to sample the full shindig. The first round have tickets have already sold out, act now if you want to get your hands on one.

Originally founded by ex-gangster Fat Tony and now run by his half-wit son Slow Alfie, who has a few tricks up his sleeve. A bouncy castle, a ball pin, pyrotechnics and huge confetti cannons?
