Marks & Spencer (M&S) has confirmed the closure of its Swansea city centre store, located on Oxford Street, due to a sustained decline in sales over the past decade. The decision, which affects approximately 92 employees, is part of a UK-wide store rotation programme aimed at ensuring stores are in the right locations to provide an excellent shopping experience. While no exact closing date has been set, the store is expected to close in late 2026.
