UNC Asheville Women’s Golf Team Leads
The UNC Asheville women’s golf team is making headlines at the Low Country Intercollegiate, currently leading the tournament with a team score of 605. The Bulldogs have established an impressive lead of eight strokes over the 15-team field, showcasing their skills on the course.
Individually, Lauren Madson is in first place on the leaderboard with a score of +2 (73–73—146). Following closely behind is teammate Caroline Patterson, who is in second place at +3 (72–75—147). Their performances have been pivotal in securing the team’s commanding position.
In addition to Madson and Patterson, Jordyn Arts is tied for 20th place with a score of +11 (76–79—155), while Breanna Hoese is tied for 27th at +13 (83–74—157). This tournament marks Asheville’s best two-round performance of the spring season, highlighting the team’s growth and potential.
