The cruise ship, which had been sailing in international waters, returned to PortMiami as planned, but the joy of the journey was shattered by the shocking news of her death.
The decisive moment came when her stepbrother, referred to as T.H., was indicted on federal charges of murder and aggravated sexual abuse. Authorities allege that T.H., just 16 years old, sexually assaulted and intentionally killed Anna during the cruise.
